Cruel, but true...

I was driving along and noticed a Panera truck. Panera, in case you don't have them where you are, is a chain that sells loaves of bread and lunch type food. It had a logo on the side that said "A Loaf on Each Arm". I glanced in the side view mirror and got a nice view of that flabby mass hanging off my upper arm. **sigh**

Well, after a 173 pound loss I am having swinging skin under my upper arm too (and other places I won't mention!) ... *hugs*
